Medium clinton hill Randolf Saint-Leger bought a two-story, 2,616-square-foot home at 35 Clifton Place in Clinton Hill from Dulce Maria Denully and Velda E. Brown for $618,000 on Sep. 15, 2004.

Mr. Saint-Leger is the founder and chief executive officer of Cognitre, Inc., in New York City.

He has been the president of Saul Cohen & Associates, a marketing research firm in Stamford, Conn. He has also worked at the New York office of Harris Nesbitt, an investment and corporate banking firm, as a research associate.

He graduated in 1994 with a marketing degree and received his M.B.A. from Pace University in 1998.

There have been 77 sales in Clinton Hill in 2008, with a median sales price of $410,000.
