Kristin Meidell bought a four-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 179 Midwood St. in Prospect-Lefferts Garden/Wingate from Steven Conyers and Eileen Conyers for $925,000 on Jan. 19.

The 1,800-square-foot house, built in 1905, is in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District.

Meidell is the senior director of fabric design at Reed Krakoff, a line of women's ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes and accessories. Previously, she was director of color and fabric design at Theory and vice president of fabric design at DKNY.

She holds a B.S. in fabric design from Cornell University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 76 home sales in Prospect-Lefferts Garden/Wingate during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $364,467.
