Michelle Melton and Matthew Chiavelli bought a home at 9 Temple Court in Windsor Terrace from Devin O'Neill and Faith Rose for $880,000 on Nov. 29.

The 1,288-square-foot house was built in 1905.

Chiavelli is the emerging platforms vice president at NBC Universal. Previously, he was the creative director of KPE.

He attended Rochester Institute of Technology and Western Connecticut State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 92 home sales in Windsor Terrace during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $496,000.
