Arthur Vayner and Angela Vayner bought a condo at 105 Oceana Drive East in Brighton Beach from Grigoriy Gleyzer and Evgenia Gleyzer for $810,000 on Sept. 23.

The 1,369-square-foot condo, Unit #4F, is one of the 56 units in the seven-story condo development at Oceana Condo No. Eight. It was built in 2002.

Dr. Vayner practices optometry at Mega Vision Center.

He earned his doctor of optometry in 2001 from SUNY State College of Optometry and a B.A. in psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College. He served his optometric externship at Shaare Zedek Hospital, Brooklyn VA Hospital and SUNY State College of Optometry.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 64 condo sales in Brighton Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $355,000.
