Anil Podduturi and Shannon Connolly bought a one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo at 30 Main St. in Dumbo from Lee Hunter and Elizabeth Delsman Hunter for $1.2 million on Oct. 7.


The condo, Unit #4A, is part of The Sweeney Building condominium development, built in 1910.

Podduturi is the vice president of product strategy at NBC Universal. Previously, he was vice president of product management at Daylife and at MTV Networks.

He holds a B.A. in English literature and philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley.

Connolly is vice president of digital music strategy at MTV Networks, where she was previously vice president of digital ad sales, senior director of new business development and digital distribution and search marketing director.

She studied at Columbia University and the University of Paris, Diderot.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been eight condo sales in DUMBO during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.2 million.
