Evan G. Minskoff and David S. Needleman bought a condo at 66 Pierrepont St. in Brooklyn Heights from Zachary and Sarah Siegel for $635,000 on Nov. 10.

The Siegels paid $427,000 for the property in Jan. 2007. The condo is in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District.

Minskoff is vice president of marketing at About Group, an operator of consumer web sites that provide users with information.

He most recently was vice president and director of marketing at Digitas. Prior to that, he was senior manager of marketing at The Walt Disney Company. Earlier in his career, he was assistant vice president of electronic business at Citi Cards. He also was a columnist for "20s.com" at The Industry Standard Magazine and an associate brand manager at Vindigo.

He attended the School of Visual Arts, the University of Michigan and Columbia University.

Needleman is a professional photographer based in New York. His clients include Vanity Fair, Gourmet Live and V Magazine.

He graduated from The School of Visual Arts.
