Anne Fahlgren and Erik Fahlgren bought a condo unit at 963 Kent Ave. in Clinton Hill from Adam Rogers for $575,000 on Dec. 3.

Rogers paid $600,000 for the condo in Feb. 2006. The condo, Unit #963C3, is part of the Clinton Hill Village condo development, which was built in 1903.

Ms. Fahlgren is the marketing manager for the textbook unit of Pearson Education, the British publisher. She previously worked as a sales representative for Pearson.

She is a graduate of Grinnell College.

Mr. Fahlgren is a chemistry editor in the college division of W. W. Norton, an independent American book publishing company.

He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 60 condo sales in Clinton Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $367,750.
