The home was built in 1920.

Dr. Bykov is an eye doctor at Levit Medical Arts Pavilion in Brooklyn.

He earned his M.D. at University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, where he also completed his residency in ophthalmology.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 97 home sales in Brighton Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $479,000.
