Leonid Yatskar and Anna Yatskar sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 40 Oceana Drive W. in Brighton Beach to Boris Berenson and Polina Berenson for $980,000 on Nov. 18.

The condo, Unit 5C, is part of 75-unit, 12-story 40 Oceana Drive W. condo development, which was built in 1901.

Leonid Yatskar is a clinical assistant professor in the Cardio division department of NYU Langone Medical Center.

He earned his M.D. from the New York University School of Medicine and finshed his fellowship, internship and residency at NYU Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 75 condo sales in Brighton Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $540,000.
