Lustbader is general manager at Alan Wasser Associates, which provides general management services for Tony Award Productions and the Broadway productions.

He holds a bachelor's degree in English from Cornell University.

Martin serves as account director at Type A Marketing, an entertainment marketing company that specializes in Broadway and National Touring productions.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 57 home sales in Boerum Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $765,000.
