Ms. Joerg is a member of the board of trustees of Dream Charter School in New York.

She holds M.A. degrees in elementary education and school administration from Marywood University and Fordham University, respectively.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 199 home sales in Park Slope during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $649,500.
