Film production founder spends $1.296M in Windsor Terrace

Medium 48edfd76e84ef4be380cb516fea17cae Robin Forsythe, Adam Toht and Charlotte Forsythe bought a home at 102 Windsor Place in Windsor Terrace from Elaine Geller and Frederick Burnett for $1.296 million on Oct. 26.

The 1,930-square-foot house was built in 1915.

Toht is the director and founder of The Saline Project, a film production outfit in Brooklyn.

He attended Minneapolis College of Art and Design.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 92 home sales in Windsor Terrace during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $496,000.
