Advertising agency exec takes Brooklyn 1BD

Medium 0c3e8e38f9c63dbb5a1079e94cf8b6be Robin Elizabeth Beattie bought the one-bedroom, one-bath condo Unit #11E home at 96 Schermerhorn St. in Brooklyn from Mark Stokes for $355,000 on Feb. 4.

The 775-square-foot condo was built in 1928 is in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood.

Beattie was vice president and associate creative director at Roberts and Langer DDB, an advertising agency.

She previously was creative supplier and copywriter at Grey NYC.

She attended the City University of New York-Hunter College.

The condo is in the 96 Schermerhorn St., which includes 105 units on 13 floors.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been two condo sales in Brooklyn during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $333,750.
