Grace J. Gummer bought a one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo at 30 Main St. in Brooklyn from Brian Cohn for $1.199 million on Jan. 26.

Unit #9H is 1,230-square-foot in size. It is one of the 87 units in the 26-story Sweeney Building condo development.

The daughter of actress Meryl Streep and sculptor Don Gummer, Ms. Gummer will star in "Gigantic," a TV drama that takes a fictional look at the children of celebrities.

In 2008, she appeared in the stage production, The Sexual Neuroses of Our Parents.
