Technology company officer gets Brooklyn 3BD

Ruth Enelus and Andre Buntin bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 1232 E. 99th St. in Brooklyn from Ianthe Hodge on for $390,000 Oct. 30.
The 1,323-square-foot house was built in 1960 in the Canarsie neighborhood.
Enelus is a case manager at Hewlett-Packard, a company that provides technology products and services.
She attended the State University of New York - Stony Brook.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,558 home sales in Brooklyn during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $450,000.
