Dentist acquires home in Brooklyn

Dr. Nelly Volfinzon, Inga Voloshin and Mario Voloshin bought a home at 6304 Strickland Ave. in Brooklyn from Salvatore Russo and Sheila Russo for $615,000 on Oct. 23.

The 1,252-square-foot house was built in 1950 in the Mill Basin neighborhood.

Dr. Volfinzon practices general dentistry and is affiliated in NEI Family Dentistry.

She has been in practice for 16 years.

She graduated from the New York University School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,558 home sales in Brooklyn during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $450,000.
