Taylor paid $379,000 for the property in Feb. 2006.

Unit #107 is part of The Kent, a seven-story condo development in the Clinton Hill neighborhood.

Mrs. Biltoft is a human resources associate at Marsh & McLennan Cos., Inc., a risk and insurance services firm headquartered in New York. She also was a recruiting consultant for Instituto de Empresa Business School's operations in the northeastern region of North America.

She previously worked as a communications specialist with the media and entertainment firm Cisneros Group of Companies. She also worked as a marketing consultant at AOL Entertainment.

She is a graduate of Instituto de Empresa Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,507 condo sales in Brooklyn during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $285,000.
