Occupational therapist sells Brooklyn home

Maria Borukhov and Avraam Borukhov sold a home at 1025 E. 29th St. in Brooklyn to Cameron S. Rafian for $545,000 on Aug. 27.
The 2,400-square-foot house was built in 1925 in the Midwood neighborhood.
Ms. Borukhov has been an occupational therapist in Brooklyn for 11 years.
She specializes in occupational therapy and rehabilitation, occupational and physical therapy and occupational medicine.
She graduated from the State University of New York in Albany.
According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,782 sales in Brooklyn in 2008, with a median sales price of $450,000.
