Michael R. Syers and Darryl G. Hudak bought the three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 15 Clark St. in Brooklyn Heights from Carter H. Strickland, Jr., and Nicole L. Gueron for $1.3 million on May 19.

Unit #4C is in the six-story condominium, which was built in 1920. The building offers 31 units.

Syers is a partner at Ernst & Young and the founding member of bEYond, the firm's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Alliance network.

There were 156 condo sales in Brooklyn Heights in 2008, with a median sales price of $477,500.
